Cash America Pawn is seeking a Store Management Trainee to learn day-to-day store operations and leadership skills across customer service, inventory, and merchandising. You will work with store leadership to develop teams, enhance performance, and drive profitability in a dynamic retail environment.

The role offers an hourly wage of $15.50–$20.00 with commission up to 8% and bonus opportunities based on store performance, plus comprehensive benefits and potential tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Store Management Trainee

As a Store Management Trainee, you'll work alongside store leadership to learn the day‑to‑day operations of the business while developing the skills needed to lead a successful team. You'll gain experience in customer service, employee development, inventory management, store operations, and business performance while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Commission Information

Store Management Trainees can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance and may be eligible for additional bonus opportunities based on overall store performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
