Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to support store operations and prepare for leadership opportunities. The 90-day program includes training modules, leadership assessments, and a formal interview process with leadership.

MIT graduates may be promoted to Store Manager within the same market, or reassigned with a pay adjustment if requirements are not met. The program emphasizes customer engagement, sales growth, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Interest in pursuing retail management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Learn to lead and coach teammates, assist with scheduling, and contribute to team development.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in physical store duties such as unloading shipments, changing tires, and maintaining cleanliness.
