Job summary

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues.
Prepare performance appraisals and train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
Communicate effectively with all site employees through meetings and updates.
Organize and maintain site files, reports, and merchandising to company standards.
Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and manage budgets.
Work primarily indoors with some outdoor tasks and occasional extreme conditions.
