Job summary

Circle K in Cochran, GA is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service at the store.

You will organize scheduling, training, safety procedures and daily financials, while maintaining inventory, merchandising and store appearance to meet company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring reliable transportation and strong communication with suppliers and corporate management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, including analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by supervisor.

• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive public image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Train staff on safety procedures and Company standards.
• Ensure effective communication with all employees and hold regular meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
