Job summary

Spencer's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York to drive guest services and store profitability. You will support the Store Manager, develop staff, and oversee merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.

• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and oversee merchandising and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
