Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, and mentoring sales staff.

• Maintain outstanding store condition and oversee in-store promotions or displays.
• Uphold Daiso's standards for display presentation.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals and training needs assessments.
• Address staff and customer issues (complaints, grievances, etc.).
• Manage inventory and loss prevention for the store.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing education for staff.
• Create and manage employee schedules to meet demand and payroll targets.
• Recruit, interview, hire, discipline, and offboard staff as needed.
