Spencer Gifts, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure merchandising and inventory control in line with company policy.

The role offers hourly pay from $19.00 to $19.25, with full benefits including paid time off, 401(k) match, health plans, and merchandise discounts. Must be at least 18 and capable of standing and lifting, up to 50 pounds, for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
