A leading tanning service provider is looking for an outgoing Sales Manager in Bel Air, Maryland. In this role, you will develop and manage sales teams while striving to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Candidates should have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence others. Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and provide feedback to sales staff.
• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Achieves financial objectives through effective monitoring of expenses.
