Qualifications

• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric and focused on delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical mindset to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
