Job summary

Southwest Convenience Stores, LLC (OXXO USA) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our El Paso location. You will support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and help drive store performance.

You will manage inventory, oversee staff, handle cash transactions, and ensure the store stays clean, well-stocked, and compliant with company policies and regulations. Prior retail experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in retail environment (preferred).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings, and valid vehicle insurance (required).

Responsibilities
