Suitsupply is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Roosevelt Field location in Garden City, NY. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and uphold service standards across all store operations.

Responsibilities include leading a professional team, implementing training, managing weekly objectives, and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with guidelines while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service
• Exceptional customer service or clienteling skills
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and motivate a team
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a professional store team to meet company goals and improve individual objectives
• Collaborate with training teams to establish a gold-standard team
• Set weekly and monthly objectives for the team
• Ensure professional appearance and highest level of customer service to maximize sales
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays per visual guidelines
• Coordinate with store support departments to optimize resources
• Work with HR on policies, procedures and development planning for the team
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
