DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Pittsburgh area stores to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and lead the store team in delivering top-notch customer service.

The role requires retail management experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment across multiple locations in the district.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong command of English and ability to communicate with customers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Lead by example to achieve store goals and training standards.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and development of store personnel.
• Assist with annual performance evaluations for all store employees.
• Support expense management and plan strategies to meet the budget.
• Monitor shrink and ensure loss prevention targets are met.
• Ensure safety and business standards across operations.
• Train employees in suggested selling and merchandising techniques.
• Uphold customer service standards to provide outstanding service.
• Assist with merchandise inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
