C Cotton On is hiring a Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer experiences and leading a fast-paced team at our New Jersey location. You will help manage daily priorities, drive sales and uphold visual merchandising standards.

The role requires 1+ year of retail management experience, a passion for fashion, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Retail Management, preferably fast fashion experience.
• 1+ years proven track record inspiring and managing diverse and high performing teams
• Demonstrated result and acumen in driving sales, stock and service delivery
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and visual merchandising standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to deliver customer and people objectives.
• Help assign projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Support daily/weekly/monthly store priorities and performance goals.
