• OPERATIONS: Assist store manager in risk management, cash controls, inventory, training on register functions, participate in inventories.
• MERCHANDISING/VISUAL: Assist in merchandising/visual directives, keep selling floor neat and reflect brand image, communicate inventory needs.
• HUMAN RESOURCES: Assist in recruitment/training, evaluate performance, ensure payroll integrity, support training programs.
• DIRECT REPORTS: Manage Stock Supervisor(s) and Sales Supervisor(s).
