Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with mentorship ability.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by managing sales results, expenses, and operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit and develop Associates; mentor and create a supportive environment for staff and customers.
• Communicate action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; participate in succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout.
