Job summary

City Building Engineering Services (CBES) seeks an experienced Store Designer to support store development across brands in Salisbury, NC. You will create thoughtful design solutions, deliver precise fixture plans, and ensure CAD standards are followed while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with Bluebeam, SketchUp or Smartsheet. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• AutoCAD proficiency; knowledge of Bluebeam, SketchUp or Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute fixture plans for partner review.
• Support store development across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Maintain and update libraries of drawings, equipment, fixtures and standards.
