Job summary

CHS, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Store Clerk for our Cenex Zip Trip location in Billings, MT. You will provide friendly customer service, operate the cash register, stock shelves and assist with displays to help customers find items quickly.

This role emphasizes dependable, efficient service in a fast-paced setting. The position typically offers 40 hours per week with schedule flexibility and opportunities for advancement within CHS’s store network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Retail and/or Customer Service.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service. Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Perform cashier responsibilities including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
• Display and organize products in the store for easy locating.
• Maintain the appearance of the store through cleaning and restocking.
• Order merchandise and track inventory as assigned.
• Monitor customers to assist store loss prevention.
• Assist with displays and promotions.
• Follow safety policies and communicate hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
