Formación

• Experience working in retail environments and handling customers.
• Ability to stay calm and handle tough situations with tact.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Clear spoken and written English for customers and coworkers.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service - greet customers, assist quickly and professionally while following company standards.
• Employee Support / Teamwork - contribute to a positive team environment through respectful communication and support for others.
• Store Appearance - keep shelves neat, organized, and accurately stocked.
• Food Service and Food Safety - prepare food safely and maintain high quality and cleanliness (if applicable).
• Merchandising - stock and present products neatly so customers can find items easily.
• Business Operations - follow daily procedures to support inventory control and smooth customer flow.
