ALDI in Lehigh Acres, FL is hiring for a Part-Time Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker. The role includes cashiering, stocking, merchandising, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Starting Wage is $19.50 per hour, with scheduled increases through Year 5. Positions involve lifting up to 45 pounds, and compliance with store policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

• Store Associate & Cashier: operate a cash register accurately.
• Store Associate & Cashier: comply with state/local requirements for alcohol.
• Store Associate & Stocker: operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.
• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Processes customer purchases and stocks shelves and displays neatly.
• Provides exceptional customer service during shopping experience.
• Participates in store inventory counts and monitors inventory for accuracy.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Stocks shelves and rotates product per planograms.
• Organizes new inventory and breaks down empty boxes.
• Assists with curbside shopping orders.
