Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our store team in a busy retail setting. You will deliver customer-focused service, help customers find products, and participate in daily store operations including cashier duties and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements: upright standing, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and overhead lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and process transactions.
• Maintain shelves, check pricing, and assist with inventory as directed by store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities and assist other departments as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in growth opportunities within CVS Services.
