Job summary

Savers is seeking enthusiastic Retail Store Associates for both full-time and part-time positions who can enhance customer experience while supporting their mission of sustainability. In this role, you will engage with customers and assist in store operations, contributing positively to the community and making a difference through thrift shopping.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a passion for thrift and secondhand retail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to customers and donors.
• Assist in merchandise presentation and inventory management.
• Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales.

Job description

Pay Rate: Our starting pay ranges from $15.50 - $16.34 depending on job duty/position.

$15.50 = Sales Clerk, Designated Sales Clerk, Custodian, Tagger/Roller Hard, Tagger/Roller Soft

$15.74 = Clothing Sorter/Hanger, Hardware Sorter

$16.34 = Clothing Grader, Hardware Pricer, Material Handler
