GEN Aspire, LLC dba Batteries Plus in Chesapeake and Suffolk, VA is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to help customers find batteries, lighting, and repair services. You will handle testing, device repair, key programming, stocking, and POS duties.

The role requires reliability, good communication, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and willingness to work at both locations; paid training and PTO offered, with opportunities for career growth.

Responsabilidades

• Repair smartphones and tablets (paid training provided).
• Program automotive key fobs.
• Receive, stock, rotate, and count inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading merchandise.

Looking for a stable, full-time position with paid training and opportunities to grow? Join our Batteries Plus team and help customers find solutions for batteries, lighting, device repair, key programming, and more.

This position requires working scheduled shifts at both our Chesapeake and Suffolk locations.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations
• Help customers find the right batteries, lighting, and accessories
• Perform battery testing, installation, and light technical services
• Repair smartphones and tablets (paid training provided)
• Program automotive key fobs

Pay & Benefits

• $14-$15 per hour, depending on experience
