Job summary

SanAntonioShoemakers in Omaha, NE is hiring a Retail Store Associate to deliver friendly, attentive service and maintain store standards. You will help customers try on shoes, guide fittings, ring up sales on the POS, restock shelves, and participate in opening/closing procedures.

A high school diploma and reliable transportation are preferred; full-time schedule includes weekends. Qualified candidates will be reliable, approachable and able to work well in a team, maintaining SAS's commitment

Responsibilities

• Open and close store procedures per SAS philosophy and standards.
• Make weekly bank deposits.
• Provide a friendly welcoming environment by greeting customers and engaging them.
• Help customers seat, try on shoes, measure feet and fit SAS shoes.
• Show categories of shoes, handbags, and care products.
• Operate POS systems for sales, returns, charges, and transfers.
• Develop product knowledge and promote SAS as American-made quality footwear.
• Be ready to work at scheduled times.
• Complete special projects efficiently.
