About Farmhouse Pottery

Farmhouse Pottery is a rapidly growing company looking to expand its dynamic team. We are looking to hire a full-time Retail Associate (part‑time considered) to serve as an ambassador of the brand and to share our story with customers.

Base Pay Range

$37,000.00/yr - $45,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee Store Operations: open/close duties, cleaning, merchandise maintenance, and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Customer Service & Store Cleanliness: greet customers, provide information about Farmhouse Pottery, build an engaged audience, tidy the store, and follow the cleaning schedule.
• Maintain Stock Levels: ensure all products are stocked on the floor, replenish collateral and bags, and communicate low inventory to management.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Weekend availability.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently raise, lower, and carry objects up to 20 pounds from one level to another.
• Remain on feet in an upright position for continuous periods, up to 8 hours.
• Walk throughout the building, including up and down stairs and outside.

Pay

Hourly pay currently $18–$22 per hour based on experience.
