Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor at our Brandon, FL location.

You will lead the back-of-house receiving and merchandising flow, ensuring cleanliness and organization while upholding safety and asset-protection standards. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a discount retail or big-box setting, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Direct associates and workload and be accountable for productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates and recognize performance; participate in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Pay and Location

$16 - $18 per hour – Regular Full-Time. Location: 01579 - Brandon.
