Job summary

Burlington Stores in Augusta, GA is hiring for a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead Back of House operations, coordinate receiving, and guide a team of associates. You will work closely with Store Management and drive efficiency, safety, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

As a leader on the store leadership team, you will recruit, onboard, and develop staff, manage workload, and help execute plans to ensure merchandise protection and strong store

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, set-up and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach them and provide recognition.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings and assist in recruiting and onboarding new associates.

Base Pay: $15.00 per hour – $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
