Job summary

Burlington Stores in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to guide Receiving Associates and support storefront operations. You will model Back of House standards, coach colleagues, and help keep stock organized while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a competitive hourly wage of $16.00 from the base pay, and access to Burlington's benefits for part-time staff.

Retail Stocking Team Leads are a key part of our store's leadership team. They play an integral role in leading Receiving Associates by becoming an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor. Our Retail Stocking Team Leads work behind the scenes to support our team members and help bring our merchandise displays to life. If you're hands-on, lead by example, and have great problem-solving skills, we think you'll be a great addition to our team!
