Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead in Baton Rouge. This role leads the back of house receiving and stocking team and helps maintain a neat stock area and sales floor.

You will coach associates, ensure policy compliance, and manage meal/break schedules. Flexible hours, holidays, and weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise 40 lbs. or more; stand and walk for extended periods.
