Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Bangor, ME is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support the Back of House Receiving team. You will help lead Receiving Associates, model standards, and ensure merchandise displays are brought to life with hands-on leadership.

You will supervise during a fast-paced shift, coach associates, and maintain a neat receiving area and sales floor while sustaining policy compliance. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

Retail Stocking Team Leads are a key part of our store's leadership team. They play an integral role in leading Receiving Associates by becoming an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor. Our Retail Stocking Team Leads work behind the scenes to support our team members and help bring our merchandise displays to life. If you're hands-on, lead by example, and have great problem-solving skills, we think you'll be a great addition to our team!
