Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support our Back of House/Receiving team.

You will guide Receiving Associates, model store standards, and help bring merchandise displays to life while maintaining a neat stock area and sales floor. The role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail back-of-house or team setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise 40 lbs. or more and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Receiving/Stocking team to uphold back-of-house standards.
• Maintain a neat, orderly stock area, receiving area and sales floor.
• Ensure schedule adherence and coach associates with recognition.
• Support supervisors and help drive customer-facing results.
