Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support the Back of House/Receiving operations.

You will lead Receiving Associates and help bring merchandise displays to life, working behind the scenes to support the Stocking Team Supervisor. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift 40 lbs or more while standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weight 40 lbs or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model Back of House standards for receiving/stocking team.
• Maintain neat, orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Coach associates and drive schedule adherence.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor adherence.
