Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our retail team in Michigan. You will lead, coach, and empower Associates, while ensuring outstanding customer service and a safe, organized store environment.

You’ll cross-train across stocking and sales duties and serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled. The role offers an hourly rate of $20.00 plus a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) plan, PTO up to 152 hours annually, and sick time up to 64 hours per year.

• Leadership experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop others and lead teams.

The anticipated rate for this position is $20.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
