Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a capable Supervisor to lead a high-performing retail team. The role is full-time with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour, plus a monthly bonus. You’ll be empowered to take pride in your work and help drive results in a busy store environment.

The anticipated rate for this position is $17.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
