Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor to join our on-site retail team in a full-time capacity. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and developing team members while delivering strong customer service.

You will help maintain a clean, safe store and participate in all aspects of store operations. Eligible associates enjoy a bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits as part of a stable, promotion-minded company.

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and be able to take pride in what you do! The anticipated rate for this position is $17.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
