Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Alabama is seeking a Supervisory, full-time role to lead a high-performing team in a retail store. You will supervise, coach, and develop associates while ensuring exceptional customer service and a safe, orderly store environment.

The position offers a pathway to promotion, a monthly bonus opportunity, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) and generous PTO. Schedule coverage is from 6am to 10pm, with respect for personal time and store needs.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including stocking and sales duties
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

The anticipated rate for this position is $18.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
