Harbor Freight Tools in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a full-time Supervisor with leadership experience to join our retail team. The role emphasizes customer service, store upkeep, and coaching others to perform at their best.

You’ll work a respectful schedule from 6am to 10pm, with opportunities for a monthly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and paid time off. Growth through promotion is encouraged.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned

The anticipated rate for this position is $20.25 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
