Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-performing retail team. You will empower staff, model excellent customer service, and take pride in your work. This full-time role offers an $18.75/hour base rate, with eligibility for a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). What You’ll Do

Requirements

Who You Are

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year experience in retail leadership role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, e-mail, and telephone.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP. (Injury, and Illness Prevention Program)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
