Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Texas is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) to lead a high-performing retail team. You will be empowered to drive results, coach staff, and model strong customer service while ensuring efficient store operations.

The role offers an hourly wage range of $25.25–$27.78 with eligibility for a monthly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package for Associates and families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model Great Place To Work behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.

The anticipated range for this position is $25.25 – $27.78 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.

Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan.

• Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
• Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
