Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Greenwood is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team on a retail floor. You will be empowered to drive results, coach teammates, and ensure a great customer experience.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $26.00–$28.60 with a monthly bonus, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k). Paid time off accrues (152 hours/year) with paid sick time (64 hours/year).

Our Assistant manager (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. The anticipated range for this position is $26.00 – $28.60 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
