Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Stocking Associate to help keep our stores stocked with the merchandise customers want. You will receive freight, ticket, and stock merchandise, and move items from the stockroom to the floor efficiently.

This role offers a competitive wage, flexible hours, and the chance to work as part of a team in a process-driven environment. Part-time roles may qualify for benefits including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.

• Retail stocking or similar experience preferred
• Ability to lift/move merchandise
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Receive freight and convey shipments from the shipping/receiving platform to backroom
• Process, ticket, store, move, and display merchandise
• Stock, organize and present new merchandise on the sales floor
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
