Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Stocking Associate to join our high-performing team. You will be empowered to do your job and take pride in your work, with an anticipated rate of $15.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.

This role supports a busy store with early to late hours (6am–10pm). Benefits include limited medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO up to 152 hours, and paid sick time up to 64 hours per year.

Job description

The anticipated rate for this position is $15.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associations can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
