Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Ocala, FL is seeking a part-time Retail Stocking Associate to join a high performing team. You will be empowered to do your job, know why your work matters, and take pride in delivering great service while stocking product.

The role offers a schedule during store hours 6am–10pm, eligibility for limited medical, dental, and vision coverage, basic life insurance, short-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off up to 152 hours annually.

A Retail Stocking Associate (part-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do!
The anticipated rate for this position is $17.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
