Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Stocking Associate to join our team. You will receive, inspect, and stock products, helping maintain a clean and organized store environment.

The role supports a high-performing team with respectful schedules and opportunities for advancement. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $14.50, with benefits including limited medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

The anticipated rate for this position is $14.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.

• Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability.
• Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan.
• Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
• Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP. (Injury, and Illness Prevention Program)
