Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Stocking Associate in Montrose, CO. You will provide a great customer experience, stock product, and keep the store clean and safe.

The role supports flexible hours with schedules from 6am to 10pm, and candidates can participate in benefits like medical/dental/vision, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan. Eligible associates may accrue PTO and paid holidays, with more opportunities for promotion to full-time positions as the company grows

A Retail Stocking Associate (part-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do! The anticipated rate for this position is $ 17.75 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
