Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Stocking Associate to join a high-performing team. You will help customers, receive, inspect, and stock product, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Working hours range 6am to 10pm, with a focus on reliable scheduling and opportunities for promotion to full-time. Eligible associates receive medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off, reflecting Harbor Freight Tools'People First culture.

Job description

A Retail Stocking Associate (part-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do!

The anticipated rate for this position is $15.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
