Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Stocking Associate in Des Moines, IA to contribute to a high-performing team. The role offers an anticipated rate of $17.00 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) enrollment.

PTO accrual and sick time are provided with several schedule benefits. Expect respectful schedules during operating hours from 6am to 10pm, with opportunities for advancement to full-time

Job description

A Retail Stocking Associate (part-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do!

The anticipated rate for this position is $17.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
