Job summary

Splendid is seeking a Stock Associate to support receiving, stocking, and merchandising in our Houston stores. You’ll move stock, prepare shipments, and help keep the stockroom organized while providing friendly service to customers.

The role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, weekend and night shifts, and reliable teamwork. Previous retail experience preferred, strong English communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience; retail experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the shift.
• Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting receiving / stocking store functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute flow of merchandise in and out of the stock area.
• Process shipments and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
• Fold or hang merchandise in the stock area.
• Maintain stock replenishment awareness and organize stock room.
• Prepare customer shipments for delivery.
• Understand store layout and back/front of house operations.
• Assist with stock room organization and display materials.
