Job summary

The GIANT Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Store Team Member to check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, stock displays, and load pallets into the cooler. You will ensure displays are neat and compliant with safety procedures.

As a team member, you will follow directions from department leadership, maintain PPE and food safety standards, and help keep the store running smoothly for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties and follow policies.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes for the job.

Responsibilities

• Check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, and maintain accurate stock.
• Load loaded pallets into cooler, stock and restock items, and maintain displays.
• Follow directions and expectations of department leadership and safety rules.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
