Bass Pro Shops seeks a Retail Specialist-Footwear in Springfield, MO. You will partner with Merchandising and Store Ops to develop footwear assortments, signage, and display standards, while driving customer service and data-driven improvements.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills and Excel proficiency, with occasional travel for openings and outfitter training. This is a full-time position at Bass Pro Shops Base Camp.

• Support new store openings and outfitter training.

## Retail Specialist-FootwearApply: Springfield, MO (Bass Pro Shops Base Camp): Full time: Posted Today: End Date: December 15, 2026 (30+ days left to apply): R270326***POSITION SUMMARY:***The Retail Specialist acts as the primary communication liaison between Merchandising, Retail Stores and Store operations. They partner closely with Visual Merchandising team to develop merchandising standards, signage, drive aisle assortments and fixtures. This role works with Merchants to develop appropriate regional and store specific assortments and displays. This position must be analytical, customer service focused and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
