Job summary

Empire Marketing Strategies is seeking a Retail Specialist to support Meat/Seafood, Deli/Bakery, Produce, and Grocery categories in Kroger stores. You will call on all stores in your territory, focusing on selling, merchandising, displays, and replenishment while maintaining salability for authorized items.

Travel between sites is expected; strong communication and customer service are essential. Prior retail experience is preferred; MS Excel and reporting skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in CPG/grocery/retail preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 60 pounds.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Summary:

As a Retail Specialist with Empire, you will support Meat/Seafood, Deli/Bakery, Produce, and Grocery suppliers in Kroger stores by calling on all the stores in your assigned territory within the established call frequency. You will focus on selling, merchandising, building displays, packing out products, replenishing secondary displays, and maintaining salability for authorized items.
